Steve Jordan has practiced law since 1980 in the areas of property law, business entities and transactions, commercial and contract law, wills, trusts, probate and estate planning, representing businesses, industries, financial institutions, land owners, developers, title insurers and others in the real estate community. He is a long time member and secretary of the Searcy Planning Commission, chairs the cities Planning and Growth Committee and is a member of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation. Our office has been heavily involved in the Fayetteville Shale play from its inception representing mineral and surface owners, working interest owners, mineral buyers, sellers and investors, and gas field service providers.
